PHP Developer Intern

Technology Experience · 6 months – 1 year Full-time · On-site

Work directly with the Founder & Managing Director on client projects and our published WordPress plugins — from feature development to release.

What you'll do

  • Build features in PHP & WordPress — themes, plugins, and WooCommerce customisations via hooks & filters
  • Fix bugs, write clean commits, and raise small, reviewable pull requests
  • Work with MySQL, REST APIs, and basic JavaScript on real client work
  • Learn our development standards: performance budgets, security-first coding, documentation

What we look for

  • 6 months – 1 year of hands-on PHP experience (projects, internship, or freelance all count)
  • Basics of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL and Git
  • WordPress familiarity is a strong plus; hunger to learn is mandatory

Web Designer Intern

Design & UI/UX Experience · 6 months – 1 year Full-time · On-site

Join the design team under our Head of Design & UI/UX — crafting premium interfaces, brand assets and landing pages that meet our design QA bar.

What you'll do

  • Design landing pages, UI screens and marketing creatives inside our design system
  • Turn wireframes into polished, responsive layouts (Figma → HTML/CSS)
  • Support design QA — checking built products against the design, pixel by pixel
  • Contribute to brand work: social creatives, presentations, product assets

What we look for

  • 6 months – 1 year of design experience with a portfolio (Behance, Dribbble, or PDF)
  • Working knowledge of Figma; HTML/CSS basics a strong plus
  • An eye for typography, spacing and detail — premium taste we can train into skill

HR Executive

Human Resources Experience · Fresher – 2 years Full-time · On-site

Own the employee experience end-to-end — reporting to the Co-Founder, you'll run hiring, onboarding and the people systems described in our handbook.

What you'll do

  • Run the recruitment pipeline: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offers
  • Own onboarding — from offer letter to a great Day 1 with the handbook in hand
  • Maintain attendance, leave records and review scheduling
  • Be the first contact for employee questions, grievances and wellbeing

What we look for

  • Graduate in any discipline; MBA/HR specialisation is a plus, not a requirement
  • Excellent written & spoken communication in English and Hindi
  • Organised, discreet, and genuinely people-first
